On Friday night we attended the Night of Worship that Julia's dance class was participating in. It is such a treat to see people of all ages worshiping and praising through many different arts.
I had never noticed until tonight that Julia's ballet shoes have a cross on the toe from the remains of a sticker long ago. Such a powerful symbol for her feet.
Getting those little feet ready...
She was eager to be performing with her friends...
They all gathered together to pray before the evening began...
They danced to "Seek Ye First" and "Praise the Lord"...
I love to see the praise in her face. So pure and true...
These are her teachers, Ms. Tricia and Ms. Angie dancing with their daughters...
We were also blessed to hear from Ms. Tricia's husband who shared about their ministry in Nicaragua. The dance classes they teach fund their work with the poor in that country. We were able to hear about their recent and upcoming trips and watch a video of the precious people they are caring for and reaching.
God is at work in countless ways. And tonight we gave Him all the praise and glory!
See you next year!!!
